Harvesting Health and Envisioning the Vibe...

Hi friends and strangers! What a crazy year 2025 was. I feel like I could write a book on that year alone. 2025 was stressful for a lot of people in general, due to the unsettling and persisting horrors of society. For those of us experiencing new or even familiar chapters that don't welcome us with warmth, I extend my personal gratitude and acknowledgment of your presence and resilience. Whether that was a form of grief; of a friend, a loved one, a partner, an idol, a pet, a past version of yourself, an idea, a dream. Or maybe you've been *chosen* to join the cool kids club...the chronic illness club. For me the year was filled with a lot of ups and downs with health pertaining stressors, but also a lot of hope and healthy distractions. I finally put the gears in motion with my goal of providing a community forward platform via Rays Your Vibe, by hosting semi-regular events!! We kicked it off strong with the first Endometriosis Awareness Walk in San Diego and made quite the ripple! It was so beautiful to see so many people gather for a common cause. I think I was exhausted and equally on an emotionally high for weeks after. I fell in love immediately with this idea I had envisioned bringing to fruition for years, but I never knew how to go about it all. Or if it would even work or be worth while for that matter. In Fall I hosted a painting pumpkins + picnic style event to cultivate empowering conversations and continue to keep the ball rolling. Then in January of this year, I decided to host a vision board-ing and journaling event to inspire the community to Envision their Vibes for 2026. It was, again, incredibly fulfilling, encouraging, and comforting. I had the most beautiful conversations with women of all different generations. I shared my insight on my mission, my story, and my purpose associated with Endometriosis and Rays Your Vibe in general. And I got to all of it in the most aesthetically pleasing and energetically inviting location - Goodonya in Encinitas. All in all, I am SO excited to see where Rays Your Vibe continues to flow. I'm happy to be here, and I'm happy you are too. Stay tuned for the annual Endometriosis Awareness Walk to be held on March 14 at NTC Park!!! Love, Ray
