Ray's BIIG Program... now LIVE!!
I've always loved the idea of being a sister...to form a connection with another woman and bond together in our female divinity, in separation and unity. Though I do not have a sister by blood, I always dreamed of being able to provide a safe space for another woman all the while empowering her in every conversation and interaction. As I pondered on this soul tug, the BIIG idea came to fruition...
The premise of my BIIG program is to inspire, empower, and educate women through conversation. There is a sense of strength that forms from the feeling of connection and true understanding. When we understand our personal problems, we can better understand where our steps forward should be. The more we understand ourselves, the better we can show up for others.
In my journey of uncovering the truths of my health intertwining with the roots of pain and uncertainty, I learned a great deal about the people around me and how a lot of women operate in today's society. As a warrior of Endometriosis, amongst a few other health disorders, I personally felt inspired to improve the state of women's healthcare and positively contribute to the conversations surrounding the topic. If there's one thing I certainly could have benefited from as I was navigating my health journey, it would be the presence of relatable advice and guidance. That is, guidance from someone who was also walking a similar path to mine, and running into similar hurdles and valleys. The people in my life were not personal victims of Endometriosis, and a lot of them weren't even aware of the deep rooted lack of awareness and attention residing in the space of women's health, thus welcoming me into the embrace of loneliness.
Whether you're someone struggling with painful periods, mental health issues, or feeling a lack of an empowering female presence in your life, my goal is to fill that void and inspire you to find your best self. Nobody deserves to feel lonely in their walk of life, regardless of how different your walk might look.
BIIG stands for Believing In Inspiring Girls. My approach to inspiring a community of women might differ from story to story, but the emphasis of connection and deep seated empathy will always fuel the cause.
If any of this resonates with you, then BIIG is where our visions align and paths begin.
