Hi I’m Rachel! In January 2024 I was diagnosed with stage 3-4 Endometriosis, after an 8 year battle with the disease. Women's health is incredibly under-researched, and there is a minimal amount of awareness on the topic. Via Rays Your Vibe, I share all things women's health, Endometriosis, clean living, and healthy lifestyle related via community events, social media, and educational programs. Through raising awareness and embodying resilience, I hope to make the community of women feel more inspired, educated, and empowered.
